Support Cultural changes across Dell DigitalSupport Balanced team methodology within the Labs day to day operations (for an assigned region)Manage the cultural transformation and communicate with appropriate leadership as neededEnsure tools that enable culture are being fulfilled and supporting our Dev Ops groupWork with teams to integrate and enrich development, product design, product managementEnsure quality and best practices across all products and methodologies including Dev Ops tool stack and process recommendationsSet up Dell Pivotal Labs teams so that they can operate with a high degree of autonomy and self-organizationManage and report on labs metrics on as needed and regular cadence (dashboard format)Check in on project team moraleKeep relevant client and Dell Pivotal stakeholders and leadership updated on the current statusAbility to deliver tours to both internal and external EBC clients as neededManage to the staff of team members through PPIs and scoping sessions on programs in collaboration with DellPivotal Labs team and relevant stakeholdersRepresent Dell Pivotal Labs in scoping sessions and other meetings as neededStay updated on overall Dell Pivotal Labs expansion project health
